- A peaceful sunset
This practice trains your mind to spot blessings.
3. Share With Someone
Tell a friend or family member what you appreciated in creation today. Sometimes gratitude grows when shared! Romans 1:20 reminds us that God’s qualities are clearly seen in creation—talking about them encourages others.
